The Neuter Express community is a nationwide community focused on proactive solutions to dog and cat overpopulation by spaying and neutering of dogs and cats and educating the public on the need to neuter. We will also discuss "neuter before adoption" and the feral cat problem. Because the first step to the "no-kill" solution is to stop the flow of unwanted animals going into the pounds and animal shelters, we will not discuss any other topics of animal welfare or animal rights only how we can increase the number of surgeries performed every day nationwide.
